Motivation doesn’t last forever. That’s when the commitment of you staying true to your clean diet and exercise routine become MOST important.
Life, work, family, school.. all of these things will try to get in the way.
But make YOU and your health a priority!
YOU ARE WORTH IT!!
Take some time every Sunday or Monday and prep for the week. Just an hour or two in the kitchen will make the difference between eating clean and running late without a plan.
I hope this quote made an impact on you. I read it while trying to get mentally ready for a leg workout yesterday. I didn’t want to step out the door. I reeeally wanted to sit on the couch and watch Scandal (my new fave tv show!). But as soon as I read this.. I knew it was game on and I had to make it happen. And I did!! I would have SO regretted it today if I didn’t.
Please share it with a friend, co-worker, or family member and inspire them this week. You could be responsible for changing somebody’s entire week for the better. How cool is that?!
