This program is a Step-by-Step 31-Day Blueprint designed to help you trim inches, give you a sexy stomach, and tone-up those trouble areas so you can look AWESOME by AUTUMN.

PART 1 – NUTRITION COMPONENT

The goal is to teach you how to prep, store, and make healthy, clean options for the week ESPECIALLY if you don’t have a lot of time to spend in the kitchen.

* 31 day Blueprint of Weekly Meal Plans (tape up on your fridge and follow along)
* Weekly Print-Ready Grocery Lists (to make your life easy – bring with you or store on your phone/iPad)

PART 2 – EXERCISE COMPONENT
Our workouts are designed so that you feel awesome and energized for the upcoming Fall season. We will focus on toning up the midsection, arms and thighs and eliminating that stubborn fat that takes residence on our thighs, butt, and waist!
You will have UNLIMITED access to our metabolic boot camp style workouts with Bay View Boot Camp where you can burn up to 1,000 calories in a SINGLE workout!!

Tuesday: 6 AM
Wednesday: 6 AM, 8 AM, 6 PM
Thursday: 6 PM
Friday: 6 AM, 8 AM

PLUS! It comes with at-home body sculpting workouts in case you miss a workout with us or you are doing this challenge from a different city other than St. Pete.
PART 3 – MOTIVATION COMPONENT

Our Fit by Fall Body Transformation Challenge will be in teams of 3. You can choose your own partners, or we will pair you up once registration is closed so you have an accountability & motivation support team.
