What's Power Stretch?
Invigorate your body and take your flexibility to the next level with our Power Stretch Class! We will take you through one full hour of athletic and yoga-esque stretches in a non-intimidating environment. Perfect for all levels and athletes or non-athletes alike.

I thought Mackenzie did a great job. This class made an ending to a Thursday even better. It was a great way to end the week on a very calm note. It was a great way to stretch out my muscles which were very tight! As a runner, I tend to get really tight legs and hips, so it was really great to be able to stretch those out and really appreciate those muscles for what they do for me and thank them with a Power Stretch class. It was awesome!
