2. Sign-Up Online for our Fitness Boot Camp! Camp runs for one month from your first day of boot camp (not including your trial class.) Example: sign up on the 5th, your month will end on the 5th of the following month.
3. We will email your Boot Camp Success Manual filled with home and travel workouts, healthy recipes, workout tips, goal setting worksheets, and more! You will also gain access to our 7-day meals plans and grocery lists to help get your diet on track.
4. On your first day of camp, we will take your measurements and set goals for your first month of boot camp. We will also take before and after photos to track your progress!
5. Participate in our high calorie burning boot camp workouts (using body weight, high intensity interval training, dumbbells, and exercise bands) and follow your new nutritional guidelines for the month.
6. Bring an exercise mat, towel, water bottle, and a set of 5-15 lbs dumbbells to class. If you don’t have a set of weights for your trial class, no problem! We’ll supply them for you!
7. Our St. Petersburg Boot Camp will give you the ACCOUNTABILITY, MOTIVATION, and the PERSONAL COACHING you need for SUCCESS!!!
