We will travel to your home or resident gym and guide you through a completely customized training program. We will use exercise bands, weights, and balance equipment to give you an extraordinary workout.. ALL in your home!!
Many people also enjoy to train outdoors. If you prefer to exercise outside, you name the place, or we can train at the beautiful North Shore Park in downtown St. Petersburg.
